The Twelfth Sunday in Ordinary Time

We Gather in God's Name

Leader: I cry aloud to God, aloud to God, that he may hear me.

People: In the day of my trouble I seek the Lord; in the night my hand is stretched out without wearying;

Leader: my soul refuses to be comforted.

People: I will call to mind the deeds of the LORD; I will remember your wonders of old.

Leader: I will meditate on all your work, and muse on your mighty deeds.

People: Your way, O God, is holy. What god is so great as our God?

All: What god is so great as our God?

Please stand when offering a prayer, so others will know you have the floor.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread,

and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,

for thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever.
